I'm Mia — a somatic healer, movement guide, and devoted student of the body's infinite wisdom.
For over a decade, I've guided hundreds of women and men back into relationship with their bodies. Through carefully held space — using dance, breathwork, somatic movement, and meditation — my clients release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their authentic vitality.
I believe your body already knows the way. My role is simply to help you listen.
